Established in 1978 as the Usha Group of Industries, under the able leadership of Managing Director, Mr.K.P.Joseph, we started out as a recruiting agency focusing solely on the Saudi Arabian market. Making a big splash in the recruitment arena, Usha Group branched out into various fields such as exports, super-market business, restaurant business, pharmaceuticals, and plantations.
Arvind Manpower Solutions was created as a spin-off from Usha Group as we realised the explosive potential in the recruitment field. In this global environment, boundaries between countries have diminished substantially. Arvind Manpower Solutions was created to capitalise on this new flow of manpower between different locations around the world.
Headquartered in Cochin, Kerala, Arvind Manpower Solutions has expanded tremendously through the inorganic route. Arvind Manpower Solutions currently has associate partners in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, U.K., and the U.S. Although, we have catered to different industries like Food processing, FMCG, Health care, IT/ITES, Logistics, etc., our bulk business is from clients in the Petro-Chemical, Electrical, and Mechanical industries.
Our effort to continuously increase efficiency enables us to provide the best results for our clients, staff, job seekers, and stake holders. We currently outsource processes like server management, visa stamping, emigration, etc., to focus on & continuously strengthen our core area (selection).
Starting with Saudi Arabia, Arvind has now expanded into the Middle East, and is now planning to capture markets outside Asia as well. Our expansion takes root from the fact that we have placed more than 50,000 employees till date with around 800 or more placed in senior managerial positions.
